Add new job listings
You will be able to add, modify or delete job listings as needed. When adding a new job there are multiple field options like Company, Job Title, Job Description, Application Method and Expiry Date. Once the job listing has been submitted it will be live immediately if submitted by an administrator. For jobs that have been added by regular users, there can be a queue system that will allow an administrator to verify the job listings. The administrator can then check and then approve the listing. Once approved, the job listing will go live and be displayed on the website.
Modify job listings
Jobs can be adjusted or modified as needed. When a position has been filled, you will be able to mark it as filled. Expiry dates can also be added to make the job expire at a date that has been specified. Listings can also be deleted if needed.
Job management dashboard
Each user account will have login access to a dashboard where job listings can be managed and updated as needed. For administrators, there will be an option to add and manage user accounts based on the access rights specified.
Job listing display page
The jobs page will show a list of available jobs. You will be able to filter by category like Accounting, Engineering, HR, Design, Software Development, Management etc. You can also go further and specify type like Freelance, Part-time, Full-time, Internship etc. More options to filter by keywords and location are also available.
